We are so excited to be launching Family Health Coaching in the Summer of 2019, under the name Provencial Health!

Our Health Coaching program is totally unique. 

We believe a lot of Nutrition Programs fail because they are focused on an individual, without considering the household ecosystem that individual lives within.

All household members share a common environment of food, activities, and sleep. They share a common energy vibe and each members feelings, stress etc impact the other members.

So it’s difficult for Mom or Dad to “get fit” without bringing along their spouse and/or kiddos.

…And its difficult to address one child’s health condition via diet if the rest of the family isn’t participating (or at least eating healthy).

For this reason, we’re going to be focusing on Health Coaching for Whole Families.

Even if each individual within the family has different GOALS (maybe Mom wants to gain muscle and have more energy, and Dad wants to lose some weight and better manage work stress) – we can lift the family up together with shared habits and then work on individual goals.

The other thing totally unique about this coaching is that it’ll be primarily self-serve and self-paced, via an online training portal. We’ll be teaching on the feature-rich, world-class training platform Thinkific.

We’ll have two Signature programs:

Eat In Peace Program

Eat In Peace is an 8-week Program designed to Graduate you to the Next Level higher in your Health:

  • If you’re starting in the Red Zone (33% of all Americans are currently in the Red Zone), graduate to to Yellow Zone
  • If you’re starting in the Yellow Zone, graduate to Green Zone
  • If you’re starting in the Green Zone, graduate to Blue Zone
  • And if you’re starting in the Blue Zone, graduate to Purple Zone

Key Features:

    • Available any time of year. Your 8 weeks start from the date you sign up.
    • Comprehensive Health Coaching addresses 5 Key Areas: Meals, Eating Habits, Movement, Recovery, & Mindset. This program is focused a little more heavily on Meals & Nutrition.
    • Environmental Blockers are also Identified and Addressed for each Level
    • Expect to gain new Health Habits that will last you for a lifetime, not just the length of the program
    • Expect to lose 8-16 pounds (a combination of fat & excess water retention/inflammation), or gain 3-5 pounds of lean muscle, per Level, dependent on your goals

Seasonal Whole-Family Health

Our Seasonal Whole-Family Health Program is a 12-week (Quarter Year) Program that is designed to guide you through seasonal foods and activities that are commonly occurring during each part of the year for families – Spring Break to Christmas. This is a comprehensive program and will have set Start Dates:

      • Our New Year Program will run January 1 – March 30
      • Our Spring Program will run April 1 – June 30
      • Our Summer & School Program will run July 1 – Sept 30
      • Our Holiday Program will run October 1 – Dec 30

Key Features:

  • Get targeted meal plans, activity plans and stay-on-track tips specific to seasonal foods, holidays, & events
  • Comprehensive Health Coaching addresses 5 Key Areas: Meals, Eating Habits, Movement, Recovery, & Mindset
  • Whole-Family Approach blends Habits the whole family can work on with individual Goals
  • Environmental Blockers are also Identified and Addressed for each Level
  • Expect to gain new Health Habits that will last you for a lifetime, not just the length of the program
  • Comprehensive education on Special Topics like Alcohol & Chronic Fatigue
  • Cooking Lessons – we walk you through the preparation of certain recipes
  • Expect to lose 10-20 pounds (a combination of fat & excess water retention/inflammation), or gain 4-8 pounds of lean muscle per Quarter-year program
