Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, 3 lbs


This is the salt that we learned to use for pre-seasoning raw meat, from the documentary Salt Fat Acid Heat. It has a medium-fine texture and is far less salty than either Morton’s or Maldon’s Sea Salt. It is excellent on roasts and chicken. I also use it to season pasta water. We keep some in a bowl next to the oven and use it for about everything.
